Jaspinder Singh
Permit Specialist, Water Quality Division

Jaspinder is an Industrial Wastewater Permit Coordinator in the Water Quality Division of the TCEQ. As a permit coordinator, Jaspinder reviews applications and prepares TPDES and TLAP permits and authorizations in accordance with state and federal rules, policies, and guidelines. He also provides technical guidance and prepares oil and gas individual and general TPDES permits.
Jaspinder started with the TCEQ in June 2018. He has previous project manager experience reviewing civil and environmental project applications in the Waste Permits Division of the TCEQ and Prince George’s County Permitting, Inspecting, and Enforcement Department. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Punjab Technical University in India and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
